For an international fresh-food company in Barendrecht, we are looking for motivated Production Workers. The company processes and packs fresh products — mainly ginger and garlic — for retail, wholesale and foodservice customers across Europe. As a Production Worker you help sort, check and pack fresh products on the production line. You work in a clean, modern environment where hygiene and food safety are second nature. The team is compact, colleagues support each other and you are happy to switch between different tasks. Experience is helpful but not required — motivation, reliability and a willingness to learn matter more. You will receive clear instructions and personal guidance from day one. What we offer: a stable full-time position with fixed daytime shifts from 07:00 to 16:00, no weekend work, weekly salary, travel allowance and the opportunity to grow into quality control or logistics.
